Thank you for using RevLedger ("the App"). Your privacy is very important to us. This Privacy Policy explains, in clear and simple terms, how RevLedger handles your information.

The short version: We do not collect, use, store, or share ANY of your data. Everything stays on your device, under your full control.

1. No Data Collection

RevLedger does not collect any data from you. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Personal information (name, email address, phone number)
• Account information — the App requires no sign-up, login, or account of any kind
• Vehicle information, fuel logs, service records, expenses, or trip data you enter
• Location data
• Device information or identifiers
• Usage statistics, analytics, or crash reports
• Advertising identifiers

We have no servers that receive your data. Nothing you enter into the App is ever transmitted to us or to anyone else.

2. Where Your Data Is Stored

All data you enter into RevLedger — such as vehicles, fuel and charging logs, service records, expenses, reminders, and settings — is stored only on your own device, in the App's local storage.

• Your data never leaves your device.
• We cannot see, access, or recover your data.
• No cloud backup or sync is performed by the App.

3. No Third-Party Sharing

Since we do not collect any data, we have nothing to share. RevLedger does not:

• Sell, rent, trade, or share any data with third parties
• Use third-party analytics services
• Use third-party advertising networks
• Use tracking technologies of any kind

4. You Have Full Control of Your Data

Your data belongs to you, and only you:

• Full access: You can view and edit everything you have entered, at any time, directly inside the App.
• Delete anytime: You can delete individual entries (vehicles, logs, records) from within the App whenever you wish.
• Clear everything: You can erase all App data at once from the App's Settings, or by clearing the App's storage / uninstalling the App from your device. Once deleted, the data is gone permanently — because it only ever existed on your device.

5. Permissions

RevLedger works fully offline and does not require any sensitive device permissions to function. It does not access your contacts, camera, microphone, files, or location.

6. Children's Privacy

RevLedger does not collect data from anyone — including children. The App contains no accounts, no social features, and no data transmission, so no information about children (or any user) is ever gathered.

7. Security

Because your data never leaves your device, the risk of it being exposed through us is eliminated — we simply never have it. Your data is protected by your own device's security (screen lock, encryption, etc.), so we recommend keeping your device secured.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

If we ever update this Privacy Policy, the revised version will be published at this same location with an updated effective date. Any changes will never reduce the core promise of this policy: your data stays on your device, and we do not collect it.
